Roshni Foundation and Charitable Trust is dedicated to uplifting underprivileged tribal children in the Dahanu region of Maharashtra.
Since its inception in April 2016, the foundation has adopted 17 Zilla Parishad schools, impacting the lives of over 2000 students. The foundation believes in a holistic approach to education, integrating fun and play with modern learning techniques and technology. By providing essential and advanced resources, Roshni Foundation promotes sustainable quality education, fostering development in health, hygiene, culture, sports, and technology. Their mission is to ensure that through comprehensive education, these students can transition from poverty to a dignified, self-sustaining life, fulfilling their dreams.
The foundation’s motto, “Give Light to Life,” reflects its commitment to creating a brighter future for these children. Roshni Foundation’s initiatives include adopting schools, organizing art competitions, and providing modern educational tools. These efforts aim to make learning enjoyable and impactful, ensuring that students not only excel academically but also grow into well-rounded individuals. By focusing on holistic development, Roshni Foundation is paving the way for a better tomorrow for the tribal communities in Dahanu.
