Roshni Foundation has taken another significant step towards the economic empowerment of tribal women. On June 17, 2024, 10 tribal women in Nagzari Bhonarpada were awarded certificates upon successfully completing a training program in making soaps, detergents, phenyl, and glass cleaners.
A Step Towards Self-Employment:
The skill of making cleaning products offers women opportunities for self-employment. Through this training, these women not only learned the techniques of product manufacturing but were also equipped to market their products.
The training in cleaning product manufacturing marks a new beginning for these tribal women. This initiative by Roshni Foundation will not only empower women economically but also contribute to the overall development of the community.

Contributing to Community Development:
With the increasing demand for cleaning products, this initiative will not only improve the lives of these women but also enhance the sanitation standards of the community.

Future Prospects:
Roshni Foundation aims to provide continuous support to these women to help them become successful entrepreneurs. The foundation’s goal is to equip these women with the necessary skills for branding and marketing their products.
